Layday on Thursday brought a protest from ETNZ regarding the lowering method of the Alinghi mainsail, which was dismissed by the Jury. Grant Simmer, design team coordinator, comments: "Alinghi is happy with the results of the Jury hearing, we have always and will continue to be in compliance with ACC Rules."
